Rendezvous

The blogs would be divided into 2 parts they contain both my dog and my point of view stories . So this one is from my point of view.
Hello peeps this blog would be about me . I was this average young (dumb and broke) boy who was pretty scared of dogs in my earlier life. I would literally have goosebumps when a dog started barking even if it wasn't on me but later like every teenager, even I had a wish to have a dog of my own.  So after a lot of contemplation, I finally gathered enough courage to ask my mom about keeping a dog. My mom replied that I will have to ask my father. And thus the difficulty levels rose to positive infinity. Believe me... It was a real tough task .
I went to him  and asked whether we could keep a dog. He pondered about it and said "No" (blunt and straight) with the explanation that there would be a lot of care needed for it and that you won't be able to concentrate on your studies (that typical "Indian" parent excuse). Now ,since he denied, there was nothing that I could do about  it because, I needed my dad's permission to keep a dog. So I started looking for ways in which I could convince him. Let me tell you... All in vain.
A couple of weeks later we went to meet our relatives in Pune(Maharashtra). We had a family gathering there for couple of days. I spoke to one of my cousins and he happened to know someone who had a dog at their place and are ready to sell their puppies. I was really on cloud nine imagining everything😅. Me and my cousin went to see those puppies the very next day (as you know I couldn't contain my happiness) . When we reached the place, there was this beautiful lawn in front of their house which was pretty spacious and actually very soft 😗 as we went on inside I saw that they had three dogs and I was so excited to see them, as well as scary chills passed through my bones. We took our seats and had a small chat with them. I couldn't control myself (obviously) and ended up asking them if they had any dog puppies with them in the middle of a conversation, abruptly and that I would like to buy one if they had any. They said that their dog recently had some babies and all of them were already sold, I could hear my heart shattering into pieces . But just as I was trying to cope with that  broken heart ,they said that there was one puppy left but she was pretty weak and was  smallest amongst the pack . Well here come a challenge and I with due respect accept it.I said no problem and asked whether I could just see her. To which they nodded. I rushed inside the house where I could hear very cute tiny whimpering of a pupper waking up. That was the very first time I saw my Queen. She was sitting close to her mother, keeping her head on her stomach . She was really small and very very cute . She was this black Labrador 🐶 she had these biiigggg brown eyes👁 and a wet tiny nose🐽 with ears covering half of her face. She looked very serene.
She was so cute that all I wanted was to pick her up and run away🙈but I was really scared of her mother ( Till this day I wonder what would have been her reaction) . She sat there looking at me and pure rage . Later in the evening ,I showed my mother her photos and she really liked her(who couldn't) and then all that was left was to convince my father(again) and with a little support from my cousin and my mother we unbelievably managed to convince my dear father to get me a dog ❤.

This is my part of the story how I tried and finally convinced my father to get me a dog.
